We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were impressive with clean and spacious rooms. The hotel was located near the train station and provided free shuttle service, which was very convenient. In addition, the hotel had a private bath available for use at no cost. The breakfast was delicious and staff was very helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and Tottori city center. the shuttle service to and from the JR station makes it even more accessible. the rooms are clean and comfortable with both public and private onsen options available. the customer service is excellent, with attentive staff. Complimentary breakfast is provided every morning which is filling and delicious.

The walls between the rooms are thin, making it possible to hear noises from other guests.

The hot spring at this ryokan is legit. The quality of the water is amazing. , the food is tasty and there’s a lot of it. The hotel is also located close to the train station and is very easy to get to.

The rooms are quite small so it’s a bit cramped with more than two people. Plus, there’s not much to do around the area so it can get a bit boring, especially during Easter when shops and attractions were closed.
